Next Phase of IPS Growth in the West Coast Region: Another Industry Recognized Veteran Joins IPS

Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, January 30, 2019 – IPS-Integrated Project Services, LLC, a leading provider of engineering, procurement, construction management, and validation (EPCMV) services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Simon Forder to the position of Vice President of Northern California Region.

With the rapid growth of IPS' West Coast region, and in response to clients’ increasing demand for IPS’ expertise and full-service project delivery, IPS is further strengthening its presence in Northern California under the leadership of an accomplished industry veteran.

Mr. Forder brings over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. In this time, his career has been distinguished by his successes in building organizations, developing leaders, and delivering projects across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Mr. Forder possesses a unique blend of strategic leadership, operations, and execution skills.

Prior to joining IPS, Mr. Forder served as the Board President and CEO for Hyde Engineering and Consulting, Inc., an international engineering company that services the pharmaceutical and clean technology industries. As the CEO, Mr. Forder oversaw the global expansion of the business from two U.S.-based offices to multiple offices in the United States, Europe, and Asia. During this expansion, Mr. Forder helped lay the foundation for project execution, project quality, and client satisfaction.

Mr. Forder has been a long-time member of the ISPE, where he has served as the San Francisco Bay Area President and holds a bachelor's degree in Fermentation Science from the University of California, Davis.
