Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, May 27, 2021 – IPS-Integrated Project Services, LLC, a leading provider of engineering, procurement, construction management, and validation (EPCMV) services, announces that Martin Jenkins, Regional Manager, CQV, is selected as this year’s president-elect of the Capital Area Chapter of the Parenteral Drug Association (PDA). After completing his president-elect term, Mr. Jenkins will assume the role of the chapter’s president during the next election cycle.
Mr. Jenkins is the first IPS employee to sit on the leadership board of the PDA – Capital Area Chapter. His responsibilities as president-elect include working with the current chapter president, Tita Tavares, to become knowledgeable about presidential duties, chapter bylaws, and policies. After this term, Mr. Jenkins will assume the position of president and will have general supervision, direction and control of the chapter’s business affairs, as well as other powers and duties as may be prescribed by the chapter board. Additionally, he will serve as a chairman of one of the chapter’s committees. In the absence or disability of the president during his president-elect term, Mr. Jenkins will stand-in for the president.

The PDA – Capital Area Chapter started in the fall of 1992 and includes residents living in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. Since its origins, the group meets throughout the year through conventional dinner meetings and local facility site tours. Additionally, the group hosts presentations with subject matter experts for chapter members to learn more about the industry.
