At IPS, Larry will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development and management of the Southwest Regional EPCMV delivery teams. His responsibilities will include providing leadership, support, risk management and profitability through strategic engagement with the design and compliance divisions, ensuring safe, quality, cost effective and on time projects for clients, and supporting Regional Business Unit Leaders in delivering best-in-class project delivery services.
