- Employee Retention and Sense of Community Now More Important than Ever -
Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, March 24, 2020 – IPS-Integrated Project Services, LLC, a leading provider of engineering, procurement, construction management, and validation (EPCMV) services, announces an employee retention plan that secures jobs for their entire global staff, nearly 1,400 employees.
In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, business disruption and the potential impact to our employees, IPS’ Executive Committee has committed to take care of their employees and their families during this difficult time by announcing an unprecedented decision that IPS will retain all global staff through at least the end of May 2020, while the company continues to monitor the COVID-19 crisis. By that time, the company expects economic activity will stabilize, and we can return to business as usual.
“This has been a trying time for all of us, but I am so proud of how our organization has come together to tackle the situation head-on,” stated Dave Goswami, P.E., Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. “I am humbled by the response from so many of our employees during this time, sharing their pride for IPS. It is my hope that their resolve and pride in what we have accomplished as a team will grow even stronger with this decision to sustain our employees through this crisis situation. Together, we will get through this.”
