Pankaj has over 30 years of experience in end-to-end EPCMV project delivery ensuring application of baseline work processes, for predictable project outcome, with safety and quality as absolutes, for project sizes from $5 million through $300 million. In Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region, he is responsible for overall project team leadership and project delivery cost, schedule and quality performance of the project.

Pankaj focuses on lean execution and value-based project delivery from feasibility to handover. Pankaj has global experience managing multiple locations and leverages work-share based project execution on high-value engineering/procurement centers. He has a wide range of experience in engineering/design management, estimation, supply chain management, procurement, subcontracting, cost and schedule management, and construction and project management. It expands from feasibility/site selections through construction, commissioning and handover.

Pankaj has diverse industry-wide exposure on all major types of projects in Singapore, Southeast Asia, and China, including industrial (chemical, bio-pharma (API, OSD, biotech, sterile), food & beverages, nutritional, FMCG plants, clean manufacturing (electronics, data centers), laboratories and commercial projects. He is well versed in code/authority requirements for Singapore, Southeast Asia, and international standards.

Pankaj has a strong engineering background for modular, scalable, high reliability/resilient, flexible, and expandable design solutions. He has excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
