Marne brings over 29 years of practical experience across multiple departments at IPS.  For the past ten years, she has worked closely with IPS’ General Counsel to protect our organization by aligning legal and ethical standards and encouraging a culture of compliance awareness.

In her role as Vice President of Corporate Compliance & ESG and as a member of the IPS Executive Committee, she regularly assesses risk to identify the likelihood of threats and develop strategies to mitigate them. She also leads the ESG subcommittee in order to evaluate our performance on sustainability and ethical issues and increase the integration of ESG best practices into the business.
