Mr. Pearey brings more than 35 years of project delivery experience across both client and contractor organizations, industries and geographies. During his career he has worked on related to sustaining capital through to mega-projects delivery and has a thorough understand of project delivery and the factors that make projects successful. Having held senior business roles in large EPCM delivery contractors, he has a clear understanding of the skills and governance required to simultaneously deliver multiple large projects to deliver business outcomes for owners.
As Operations Director for EMEA, he has direct oversight of all projects in the EMEA region and ensures that these projects are delivered to the highest standards required by IPS and our clients. A key aspect of the role is to work with his colleagues globally to ensure consistent delivery occurs on all IPS projects around the world.
