With over 30 years of extensive experience in the life sciences industry, Gordon brings a wealth of expertise to lead this expansion in the Asia Pacific region.

Throughout his career, Gordon has successfully led and contributed to a multitude of projects, spanning the design and construction of various life science facilities including cell and gene therapies, from research labs to large-scale manufacturing plants. Before joining IPS, Gordon served in leadership roles across the APAC region from Singapore to Shanghai and Melbourne. Having worked with clients like Sanofi, GSK, Novo Nordisk, and AstraZeneca, he has developed a vast professional network and an in-depth understanding of the region’s dynamics.
