Where Projects Begin
We have developed a process called “Inceptioneering”. It's a great tool to start a project on the right path from an early stage. As part of our unique "IPS Lean" process, this tool is used at the beginning of a project to give it business shape and idea planning.
The Inceptioneering process requires little time and money and is used to develop a visualized solution and determine the appropriate budget (Fixed Price, Target Cost, etc.) that achieves benchmark alignment with management, quality and capital resources. We utilize our subject matter experts to generate an initial floor plan and immediately begin to develop process solutions. Inceptioneering also includes the development of an implementation schedule, regulatory positioning and an order of magnitude overall project cost.
